Important Information:

• For safety precautions, ski/snowboard equipment, jackets, pants, disposable socks, snow boots, fleece gloves and helmets will be available at the location.
• Children under the age of thirteen are required to wear helmets.
• Children must be at least eight years old, 125 cm tall, and weighing more than 30 kg in order to ride the Snow Bullet Ride. 
• The maximum weight for adults should be 120 kg. There are weight and height limits for several rides and features.
• Only the Avalanche Café and North 28 restaurant are allowed to serve cold food and beverages (opening hours: 10 am to midnight).
• Services that are not utilised or are only partially used will not be refunded.
• Children have to be with an adult at all times.
• It is not permitted for visitors to bring food or beverages into the Park.
• NOTE: Pregnant women are not permitted to participate in the activities, and the venue is not wheelchair accessible.
